Shipping policy
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Online orders ship within Finland, wholesale orders ship across the EU.
Wholesale customers outside the EU: please email us at hello@meliette.com and we'll arrange shipping for your order.
Finland
- Letter post — 3,00 €. Available automatically at checkout for small orders. Delivered with regular letter mail to your mailbox, no tracking. Delivery in 2–5 business days.
- Standard — pickup point or parcel locker of your choice — 5,90 €, free on orders over 150 €. Tracked. Delivery in 2–4 business days.
- Express — to your address on weekdays — 11,00 €, free over 300 €. Tracked. Delivery in 1–3 business days.
European Union (wholesale only)
- Standard — local pickup point — 12,00 €, free over 200 €. Tracked. Delivery in 4–9 business days.
- Express — to your address — 19,90 €, free over 400 €. Tracked.
For tracked shipments, you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and count from dispatch. All prices include applicable VAT for consumer orders; no customs charges apply within the EU.
The same shipping rates apply to wholesale orders.
